Love the service at Splashes - Penticton. They (Trista & Misti) are very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring you get all the 'parts' you need. We just told them what we wanted to do - i.e. what we wanted the bathroom to look like & function and they made sure the right parts were ordered. Now doing our other bathroom.

They have very good quality choices but delivery and communication not so much. We were told 2-3 weeks when we ordered our showers and nearly 4 months later everything arrived. One piece damaged and the new piece for that ordered 3 weeks ago, would not use them again.
