Had a full house on a long weekend with a busted pipe and flooded basement. Dupont Plumbing responded in a timely matter and assured he would be here in an hour, did he deliver!!.. Leigh was very professional, honest and straight to the point, he was very courteous and respectful of my home and circumstance. I am so grateful for the time he gave to help me out in a jam. I would definitely recommend Dupont Plumbing to anyone in any need of plumbing work, I have now found my go-to for all future plumbing needs! Thanks again so much Leigh!!

He charge me 420$ to clear the drain. The lady who lives in the back unit was on vacation when she came back he drain was plugged. What he did is push the clogging material all way to the back unit. He was suppose to come at 10am never showed up till 1130. I message him and he told me he will not come and do it for free which I have not asked him to do so. I was trying to explain he kept on getting upset and told me to call someone else. Bad practice and bad way to run a business. Shame on you
I have all the text messages that he sent me and I can prove what I have wrote above. I don’t have time to sit and write about you and your rip off behaviour for fun.

Should be a 10 star here! How can I say enough about this plumber. Contacted on an after hr emergency, he was basically here as soon as I hung up the phone. Assessed the situation advised me it could wait till morning so I wasn't paying for overtime. He then explained what would have to be done and the expense I may be looking at. he wanted me to carefully think of the cost and decide if I should go through my insurance before having him do anything else. I contacted my insurance Co explained the plumber had advised me what was going to be required. She interrupted me to say keep his name and number in your back pocket I seldom hear about that honesty or advise from a tradesman. Long story short I went through insurance and of course hired him for the work. When i called he fit me in first thing in the morning. It's hard to believe the patience he had with me explaining each step, why, and how it was all tied in together. Talk about stress release! I just can't say enough about this plumber. No second thoughts when hiring this plumber!!! Thanks again Leigh!!!

Leigh is the best plumber in area and I’ve used many! I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for any and all of my plumbing needs. Everything he’s done has been quality workmanship at a great price. I’ve used him for a half dozen jobs from repairs to hot water tank installation. He’s fast and efficient. Leigh also offers practical and useful advice for future projects.

A few weeks ago, my dad had a major sink back up in his kitchen sink.We tried everything from using a plunger to.
Draino . To using a snake and nothing seemed to work.So we got hold of dewpoint plumbing.Lee came over and in no time at all.He was able to fix the problem.You went under the crawl Space cut a pipe and adjusted it.The way needed to be adjusted and something we would never be able to figure out on our own.I would highly recommend Leave from dew point plumbing for any major Backed up pipe situationssituations.
