Trista and her team in the showroom go to the distance to help keep our projects running smoothly by helping layout the finished look of the fixtures and ensuring the finished product needs are delivered.

Trista & the entire Splashes crew are all just lovely humans. Easy to work with, positive attitudes, gorgeous product... what more could you ask for?? Trista helped me with my own build and I send all my clients her way, I highly recommend Splashes!

They have very good quality choices but delivery and communication not so much. We were told 2-3 weeks when we ordered our showers and nearly 4 months later everything arrived. One piece damaged and the new piece for that ordered 3 weeks ago, would not use them again.

Love the service at Splashes - Penticton. They (Trista & Misti) are very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring you get all the 'parts' you need. We just told them what we wanted to do - i.e. what we wanted the bathroom to look like & function and they made sure the right parts were ordered. Now doing our other bathroom.

Trista, the Showroom Supervisor who assisted me with completing my order for our new home build was so great and knowledgeable. She was always prompt in the service she provided.
Some of my finalized decisions (which I am most happy with!!!) ended up being led by information that she provided and/or by her suggestions/input... including surrounding aesthetics and item functionality.
