Needed a simple backflow preventor install and connection hookup made, but after a site visit, parts lists and a week of back and forth I get a call that they’re too busy, “forever.” Up until this point they were nothing but positive and communicative then out of the blue they won’t do the job. Meanwhile I have spent two weeks without water. Unprofessional to say the least.

Called on a Saturday late afternoon he returned my call first thing Monday morning was here within an hour and the job completed fast and efficient very professional and friendly highly recomend
