If I could give 10 stars I would! The team is amazing - previously they have changed my hot water tank, come within an hour to fix a horrific sewer issue, and came yesterday to repair a broken main water valve. I never feel like I am ignored for a small job - they always show up, everyone is friendly and kind, and the job is completed quickly. I highly recommend them!

Craig was awesome! Even from the first phone call he was very personable and was able to make the service call within a couple days. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about fixing our water softener and then gave us advice about repairing a leaky faucet. He worked in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Craig at Kobau plumbing to my friends and family! 😁

Quick response (same day). We had a leaking TNP valve on newer hot water tank. Provided great follow up to let us know when to expect the plumber. I was able to ask questions about our well system and water softener. Had a great conversation including science behind each unit. Thank you! Kind and professional staff.
